Education
Most employers require a high school education for these positions. Hostesses are required to participate in customer service training.

Most Restaurant Hostesses in the region earn between $7.25 and $8.00 per hour.
Skill Requirements
Hostesses must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
